Bookings & payments

• Rates quoted for car rentals, tour packages and ticket bookings are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary by season, availability and route.
• An advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings; the balance is payable as agreed at the time of confirmation.
• Bus, train and flight tickets are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective operator or airline.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by service and are communicated at the time of booking. For car rentals and tour packages, please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate travel details (names, dates, contact information) at the time of booking.
• Carry valid identification where required, especially for train, flight and interstate travel.

Limitation of liability

While we take care to select reliable vehicles, operators and service providers, Madhu's Tours & Travels is not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by third-party operators, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
